Bio

After a path in the Arts and Letters, I lived a high-paced life in the Corporate World, leading me to a severe Burn-Out and realizing I had lost touch w my spirituality, had no balance work/life, no social life and was living in Fight or Flight mode all year round. I decided to take some time off to step back and take a deeper look inside. After years of traveling to find myself again, years of therapy and healing, I was led by the Universe on my new and true mission: helping others with all the new skills and newfound knowledge I was blessed with.
My Healing Journey led me to San DIego where I found my Therapeutic Grounding Harp and Sacred Alchemy Healing Bowls, amongst a community of Healers, Teachers and Practitioners that guided and helped me not only heal myself, but how to use the therapeutic benefits of my Healing Instruments and Techniques to heal and teach others as well.
On this journey I also ended up in New York where I found the Open Center and enrolled in a Certification with 15 different teachers from all over the World practicing various ancient healing practices like Breathing, Tapping, Humming, Chanting, Mentras, Beejas, Qui-Gong, Brain Imagery, Yoga of the Voice, Human Tuning, Drumming, Meditation…
I am and will for the rest of my life be a student of all these practices and it is now my pleasure to share with the World what I have learned and made it my mission to help and heal as many people as I can reach, as my traveling journey guides me through my nomadic practice all over the World. Sound Healing Therapy can be of great help to restore your frequencies and vibrations, calm the parasympathetic system and activate your inner guidance and immune system. It can help with many various ailment like ADHD, PTSD, addictions, degenerative disease, chronic pain management, mourning, depression, anxiety, emotional regulation and management, Alzheimer’s and dementia.

I practice Guided Meditation for kids as well as teach Self-Soothing Techniques to help ground and reset yourself in your daily life. I also do Spiritual Guidance through RegroundIng, Liberating and Heart-Opening rituals and exercises, Chakras rebalancing, reconnecting with the Universe’s Energies and Gaia using the Elements, Plants, Herbs, Crystals, Stones and Gems and sometimes work with other Healers to combine our practices.
