Cancellation

Please allow a minimum of 48h hours notice for cancelling appointments. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment during that time slot if you can no longer make it. If this window of time has passed you will be charged for your missed appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the session actually given, you will be responsible for the full payment of the session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time. Please contact STRM if running late.

No-Shows/Last Minute Cancellations

There is a strict cancellation policy. All clients will be charged in full for no-shows and last minute cancellations.

There are no refunds on received services.
